Case 1: Asia Entry

A Singapore-based family office wants to deploy $20M into nature-based solutions, but lacks regional networks.
Karunā: designs the portfolio strategy, sources 5 community-rooted opportunities across Indonesia and the Philippines, structures grants and blended finance instruments, and facilitates a field immersion in Borneo.

Case 2: Values Realignment

Karunā: facilitates a three-day immersive retreat combining strategic orientation and
